In the group meetings we then track the progress, deepen the exercises and practice the improved exercises for the next meeting.
At the end of the 10 sessions we will have a final individual session to deeply embed the learned in the subconscious.

In the group sessions we start with evaluating the progress and discuss possible improvements. We then guide you into the already known hypnotic trance where our group findings are embedded into the subconscious. We close with the planning of the next steps to further success.
